Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at the above address. Material arriving after Friday, October 30, 2009 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15.
Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
