Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15.
Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
Freeman Decorating Company, the Official Contractor, will have skilled craftsmen available to assist exhibitors in the unpacking, erection, assembling, dismantling, and packing of displays and equipment. If the exhibitor plans to use a company other than the Official Service Contractor provided by Show Management, the EXHIBITOR ONLY must complete and mail the this form to SC09 Show Management no later than October 12, 2009.
The Exhibitor or their appointed Contractor shall provide Hall-Erickson, Inc. with a Certificate of Liability Insurance as evidence of coverage on amounts required. Only an original certificate bearing an original signature will be accepted. The purpose for obtaining these certificates is to provide the show, and its insurer, with the information necessary to evaluate the risk potential.
