Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15.
Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

There are a limited number of whisper suites available to exhibitors at the convention center. Please contact sc@heiexpo.com for current availability.
Meeting Space at Hotels
If your organization would like to hold a meeting during SC09, we can help you find the appropriate space. SC09 has an all-space hold on the meeting rooms at many conference hotels. Additional information about securing meeting space will be posted to the SC09 Website soon. In order to secure space, exhibitors should be in good standing with the conference and should not plan to schedule meetings of more than 50 people during the conference technical program.
