Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15.
Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Exhibit Directory and Web Site Listing
As a contracted exhibitor at SC09, your company is entitled to a complimentary listing in the printed Exhibit Directory, in the new “SC at a Glance” printed summary, and in “SC Your Way,” the informational system for SC attendees.
SC Your Way maintains interactive exhibit floor maps, lists of exhibitors, information about each company, and complete schedules for the Exhibitor Forum. Attendees can search for exhibitors by company name, product, and/or keyword search, learn when those companies are presenting at Exhibitor Forum, access a company’s own webpage of events at SC, and build customized maps/lists of exhibitors they want to visit at the show. To simplify things, the information for all these publications will now be consolidated in a single database. As booth boss for your company, an account has been created for you at the SC09 database website. Please note the following print deadline:

There is no deadline for updating the information displayed in SC Your Way, since it pulls database updates every 24 hours.
