Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Please refer to the color-coded floor plan for your designated move-in date and time. Overtime rates will apply all day on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15.
Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Within this site, you will find everything you need to successfully participate in this exhibition. The Official Contractors & Online Ordering section contains links and order forms for all Official Service Contractors. Show Management has contracted out to a selected group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in this Online Exhibitor Manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs. Show Management does not associate with any company other than those chosen as the Official Contractor.
Please pay attention to the Targeted Move-In information in the Show Schedule section. Every SC09 exhibitor has been assigned a Target Date and Time Block for the delivery of direct shipments to the convention center. Exhibitors’ trucks must check-in to the Marshalling Yard by 10:00am on the assigned target date for delivery. If you can not meet your scheduled time, email Jay Ward, Director of Freight, at jay.ward@freemanco.com for a later time.
