Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning October 13, 2008 at the above address. Material arriving after October 31, 2008 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
Freeman will receive shipments at the facility according to the Target Plan. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Every SC08 exhibitor has been assigned a Target Date and Time Block for the delivery of direct shipments to the convention center. Target dates have already been e-mailed to all exhibitors. Exhibitors’ trucks must check-in to the Marshalling Yard by 10:00am on the assigned target date for delivery.
Target Dates are assigned to better schedule deliveries of freight with a goal of providing a smooth move-in. Target dates were assigned based on your location in the exhibit hall, proximity to the freight doors, and the potential size and complexity of your installation.
