Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning October 13, 2008 at the above address. Material arriving after October 31, 2008 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
Freeman will receive shipments at the facility according to the Target Plan. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Freeman Decorating Company, the Official Contractor, will have skilled craftsmen available to assist exhibitors in the unpacking, erection, assembling, dismantling, and packing of displays and equipment. If the exhibitor plans to use a company other than the Official Service Contractor provided by Show Management, the EXHIBITOR ONLY must complete and mail the "attached form" to SC08 Show Management no later than October 13, 2008.
The Exhibitor or their appointed Contractor shall provide Hall-Erickson, Inc. with a Certificate of Liability Insurance as evidence of coverage on amounts required. Only an original certificate bearing an original signature will be accepted. The purpose for obtaining these certificates is to provide the show, and it's insurer, with the information necessary to evaluate the risk potential.
