Exhibit Guidelines & Regulations

Read this section carefully to avoid unnecessary on-site challenges or costly modifications.

These display rules must be adhered to on-site, or your display may have to go through costly alterations before the Show opens. The display rules are not meant to limit your ability to showcase your product, but rather to ensure each exhibitor an equal opportunity, within reason, to present their product or service in the most effective manner to the audience. The exhibitor's responsibility can be summed up quite simply as "Be A Good Neighbor."

Your agreement to abide by these display rules is a part of the space contract, and they will be strictly enforced by our Floor Managers at Show time.

Items to note:

  • Completion of Surfaces must be done by 10:00am on Monday, November 12. Exhibitors building special background or side dividers must make certain the surfaces of such dividers are finished in such a manner as not to be unsightly to Exhibitors in adjoining booths. If such surfaces remain unfinished at 10:00am on Monday, November 12, Exhibits Management shall authorize the General Contractor to effect the necessary finishing and Exhibitor must pay all charges involved.
  • All demonstration equipment including operator's position must be located at least two feet removed from the aisle line of the exhibit area. Exhibitor warrants and agrees that the Exhibitor is solely responsible for assuming that its exhibit, demonstration(s) and all related materials are accessible to persons with disabilities and complies with all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  • It is important when constructing your booth that you do not place heavy booth material on the fiber near the edge of your booth. To avoid damage to the network fiber taped to the exhibit hall floor, point-loads must not be positioned within 18" inside the booth boundary along all aisle ways.
