Exhibitor Directory Listing Information

Deadline: Friday, August 31, 2007

Each exhibiting company is entitled to a complimentary Program Listing. This listing will appear in the SC07 Exhibit Directory and on the show's web site.

The web site will have an Online Exposition Planner link that can be accessed by attendees in advance of the show, enabling them to plan their visit prior to leaving home. Through the online exposition planner, attendees will be able to:

  • Search for exhibitor by product/service category, company name and keyword search
  • Build a customized list of exhibitors they want to visit at the show
  • Request appointments with you at the show. (An email will be sent to the main contact with the appointment request.)

The Exhibit Directory is used by attendees on-site to guide them through the show, and is retained as a reference book throughout the year.

To submit your company description and indicate which product/service categories your company would like to be listed under, please follow these instructions:

  • Go to this link.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the left side menu to "Exhibitor Services". Select the "Profile Editor" link.
  • All participating exhibitors are registered with the email address of the main contact listed on the space application. Please enter the main contact's email address and password and then click on "Logon." If you do not have a password, please go to Step 4.
  • Enter the main contact's email address and then click on "Email My Password." This will email the main contact's address, the password. If you enter any other email address other than the main contact's from the contract, you cannot access to the Profile Editor.
  • After receiving the password via email, please return to the "Existing User" screen and logon using your email address and the password that was sent to you. (You have the option at this point to change your password by clicking on the box "Edit account after logon")
  • Your company name should appear on the next screen. Click on your company name. You can now enter/edit your company description and select your product/service categories.
  • Be sure to hit the "Save Profile" button at the bottom of the screen in order to save your edits.
  • The email address on record will receive an email confirmation of the profile change.

The online planner is now live so we urge all exhibitors to complete their listing information ASAP.

The deadline for submission in order for information to be included in the printed Exhibit Directory is Friday, August 31 however, since this information is now available on the Expo Planner link, we again encourage exhibitors to complete this information at their earliest convenience.
