5 - ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT (*Required Field) 
Exhibitor agrees to prepare an exhibit of its products or services, which shall be directly pertinent to the function of industry represented by the Exhibition. Exhibitor agrees to pay rental for the exhibit space and to adhere to the payment schedule outlined. Exhibitor agrees to be bound by each and every rule and regulation of this contract as indicated at Rules and Regulations, and as included in the exhibitor manual and in any corresondence outlining revised booth location or exhibit space size, that are made a part hereof and fully incorporated herein. Exhibitor agrees to receive materials by fax, email, and U.S. Mail from SC08 and its representatives/agents.

Upon submission of this application, the applicant is entering into a contract on behalf of his company/organization and warrants that he/she has the authority to enter this contract. This contract shall not be binding unless and until it is accepted and approved by SC08. Acceptance of this application constitutes a contract. The applicant acknowledges by entering his/ her name and accompanying contact information constitutes agreement and expressed intent to uphold the contract and the terms and conditions listed thereto. When accepted by Show Management a confirmation will be sent to your attention. The rules and regulations hereof shall constitute part of this contract and the exhibitor agrees to abide and conform thereto.
