Meeting Rooms

There are a limited number of Whisper Suites at the convention center. Whisper Suites are located near the exhibit floor.

Please contact sc@heiexpo.com for current availability and to request a contract for a Whisper Suite.

The SC conference has an all-space hold on the meeting rooms at the conference hotels. In order to secure meeting space please contact Jessica Fried at jfried@hq.acm.org. Jessica will provide you with the meeting space options available based on your needs. In order to secure space, exhibitors should be in good standing with the conference and should not plan to schedule meetings of more than 50 people during the conference technical program.
