Exhibitor Registration

SC07 Registration Management has taken careful steps to give you as the Booth Boss control over your exhibitor records. The website can only be accessed with your company ID. This allows you to control who has access your exhibitor records.

NOTE: Take caution who you give your login to. Anyone with this information will have complete access to your exhibitor records. No one will be able to register onsite without your contact ID. If someone does not have your contact ID they will have to contact you and you will have to register them.

To access your exhibitor records use the following link, select your company from the list and enter your company ID (this site will stay live throughout the conference): https://reg.jspargo.com/sc07/default.asp?caller=exhr

Once you have entered the exhibitor site you have many different options.

  • Register new booth personnel or modify existing booth personnel records.
  • Industry Booths can register their exhibitor Guests
  • Register your booth personnel for conference events
  • Look at complete summaries of your exhibitors.

Exhibitors' booth representatives shall be restricted to employees of exhibiting company who are actually working in Exhibitor's booth. Booth representatives shall wear "EXHIBITOR" badge identification, furnished by Exhibitor Registration, at all times. Show Management may limit the number of booth representatives at any time. All Exhibitors' company personnel other than those working in booth are to register as attendees at the Exhibition. Click here for Exhibitor Registration.

On-site, the Exhibitor Registration Desk will be located in the lobby outside the Exhibit Hall of the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. Personnel at the registration counters will be available to accept your on-site badge requests. All names must be submitted into the Registration database by the booth contact. Do not submit names of staff members multiple times.

For those exhibitors who do not register in advance, Exhibitor Registration will be open during the following hours:

Saturday, November 10 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Sunday, November 11 7:30am – 6:00pm
Monday, November 12 7:30am – 9:00pm
Tuesday, November 13 7:30am – 6:00pm
Wednesday, November 14 7:30am – 6:00pm
Thursday, November 15 7:30am – 6:00pm
Friday, November 16 8:00am – 11:00am
