SC07 has contracted with a select group of suppliers the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate, and dismantle the exhibition. Show Management has researched the professionalism and industry reputation of the listed providers in order to bring our exhibitors the highest level of service. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors. Official Contractors maintain a presence at the Service Center on the Exhibit Floor, providing trained technical staff to support your needs. Freeman offers Freeman OnLine¨, their Internet online ordering service. You can order all Freeman Services, view show schedule, or print order forms. Freeman is the official general contractor, responsible for drayage, decoration, and labor. Drayage pertains to the moving of freight from the loading docks to booths, and from booths to the loading docks; also between booths. Decoration pertains to installing, decoration, and dismantling exhibits. Labor for drayage and decoration, as well as for signs is also arranged through the general contractor. We recommend that each exhibitor obtain a proforma invoice for all services supplied by the general services contractor before leaving the exhibition hall.

Please note:

The Reno-Sparks Convention Center offers Internet Service to exhibitors participating in trade shows at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. However, for SC07, SCinet is the sole on-site provider of Internet access, service and connectivity during SC07. SCinet will provide very high bandwidth wide area connections from the Reno-Sparks Convention Center to the commodity Internet and to many research and next generation networks including Abilene, TeraGrid, ESnet, and DREN. All network connection requests must be made through completion of a SCinet Connection Request Form, available at http://sc06.supercomp.org/exhibits/scinet.php.
