Welcome to the online Exhibitor Services Manual for the NATIONAL CABINET CONFERENCE & WOODWORKING EXPO, March 19 & 20 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois. This website is for participating exhibitors in the NATIONAL CABINET CONFERENCE & WOODWORKING EXPO. Within this site, you will find everything you need to successfully participate in this exhibition. Show Management has lined up a team of industry professionals to make your exhibit experience a smooth process. Please take the time now to review this site carefully. It will save you TIME and MONEY.
We strongly urge all exhibitors to read through the “Frequently Asked Questions” section of this online manual. If you can’t find what you are looking for, try the Search function (found in the upper left menu.) If you still need assistance, email us using the “Not finding what you need?” button (left side bar).
The Official Contractors/Order Forms section contains order forms for all Official Service Contractors. Show Management has contracted out to a selected group of companies the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate and dismantle the exhibits. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors as provided in this Online Exhibitor Manual. Official Contractors maintain a presence on-site, providing trained technical staff to support your needs. Show Management does not associate with any company other than those chosen as the Official Contractor.
Be sure to complete your Program Listing as soon as possible. Listings will appear in the Online Expo Planner and Directory of Exhibits, and will be included on the National Cabinet Conference & Woodworking Expo web page. Exhibitors are to submit/update their listings on the web site. All listings must be completed online by February 1, 2008. If you have any questions regarding your listing, please email cabinet@heiexpo.com.
If you use an Independent Contractor for your exhibit set-up & tear-down, please notify Hall-Erickson, Inc. and Viper Tradeshow Services in writing. Exhibitors must also ensure that their independent contractors submit a general liability certificate of insurance before they will be allowed to perform work on the show floor.
