Annual Awards Luncheon

Join us for lunch! Have your company sign prominently displayed to designate your table.

Exhibitors will be able to purchase up to two tables for the Awards Luncheon. The awards luncheon is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19 from noon Ð 1:30 p.m. in the Hawaii Convention Center. Full payment must accompany this form, and reservations are due no later than April 5.

Tables will have a flat rate of $600. You will be issued ten (10) luncheon tickets per table in your registration packet. You will be responsible for distributing luncheon tickets to your guests.
