National Mining Association (NMA) encourages exhibitors to hold press conferences during MINExpo® 2008. If you wish to schedule a press conference at the Convention Center, please provide the requested information below. Every effort will be made to accommodate your space and date request(s). If you wish to conduct more than one press conference, please complete a form for each one.
Please note the press rooms will be set in classroom style with a podium and head table. Changes cannot be made to the room set up. If you are scheduling a press briefing that will not be open to all media and/or may require food service, please use the Meeting Room Request Form. All press conferences requested on this form will be included in the list of press conferences made available to the media.
