Welcome to MINExpo’s new On-line Exhibitor Manual

MINExpo’s NEW easy-to-follow on-line manual replaces the formerly used 3-ring paper binder. Every step has been taken to ensure the easiest of navigation for everyone. All of the information and forms you’re accustomed to are conveniently grouped into tabs in the left-hand margin. Mouse over each tab on the left to see what pages and forms are included in each section.

The Table of Contents and Deadline Dates pages contain convenient hyperlinks that immediately “connect” you to any page in the manual. Additionally, you’ll find convenient links imbedded throughout the manual that allow you to link directly to a specific task like registration or housing.

To order services from any of the official MINExpo contractors , click on the Official Contractors tab where you’ll find an alphabetical listing of suppliers. Order on- line or if you prefer, download a PDF order form. Please note that in order to maintain a secure ordering and payment system, some online ordering services (housing, registration, GES) have their own unique login requirements. If you need assistance logging into these links, please contact the specific supplier for assistance.
