Exhibits Directory & Online Exposition Planner Listing

Deadline Date: December 21, 2010

As the Online Planner is current live to attendees, we encourage you to enter your listing information as soon as possible. To submit your 200 character description and to indicate which product/service categories your company would like to be listed under, please follows these instructions:

1. Select this link:
   http://exhibitors.heiexpo.com/CLO10/files/2010 Closets-directory-form.pdf
2. Select the “Profile Editor” link from under “Exhibitor Services”.
3. All participating exhibitors are registered with the email address of the main contact listed on their space application. Please enter the main contact’s email address and password and then click on “Logon.” If you do not have a password, please go to Step 4.
4. Enter the main contact’s email address and then click on “Send password to my email” This will email the main contact’s address, the password. If you enter any email address other than the main contact’s from the contract, you will not be able to access to the Profile Editor.
5. After receiving the password via email, please return to the “Logon” screen and logon using the email address and the password.
6. Your company name should appear on the next screen. Click on your company name. You can now enter/edit your company description (200 character limit) and select the product/service categories that best fit your company.
7. Be sure to hit the “Save Profile” button at the bottom of the screen in order to save your edits.
8. The email address on record will receive an email confirmation of the profile change. IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the email confirmation, your changes were not accepted.

The Online Expo Planner is currently live to attendees, so we urge all exhibitors to complete their listing information ASAP. The deadline for submission in order for information to be included in the printed Directory of Exhibits is December 21, 2010.
