Official Show Contractors

Who They Are, and What They Do

The CLOSETS & HOME ORGANIZATION CONFERENCE & EXPO™ has contracted with a select group of suppliers the responsibility to perform the various tasks needed to set up, operate, and dismantle the exhibition. Show Management has researched the professionalism and industry reputation of the listed providers in order to bring our exhibitors the highest level of service. It is to your advantage to choose the Official Contractors. Official Contractors maintain a presence at the Service Center on the Exhibit Floor, providing trained technical staff to support your needs. Show Management does not associate with any company other than those chosen as the Official Contractor. Viper Tradeshow Services is the official general contractor, responsible for drayage, decoration, and labor. Drayage pertains to the moving of freight from the loading docks to booths, and from booths to the loading docks; also between booths. Decoration pertains to installing, decoration, and dismantling exhibits. Labor for drayage and decoration, as well as for signs is also arranged through the general contractor.
