Exhibit Schedule and No Conflict Hours
On Friday night, the opening of the exhibits kicks-off two hours of no conflict time allowing all conference attendees the opportunity to spend quality time exploring the exhibit floor. Each day there is no conflict time set aside in the schedule for conference attendees to commit time to the exhibit floor.
All Conference Reception on the Exhibit Floor
The All Conference Reception on Saturday night attracts all attendees to the exhibit floor to kick-off the conference with a great networking opportunity and is the only event scheduled during this time period. Music and food will be strategically placed throughout the exhibit floor for optimum traffic flow to benefit all exhibitors.
Internet Café
The Internet Café allows attendees a chance to check
their email or surf the web.
Autographing Area & Bookstore
Located in the exhibit hall, the Autographing Area & Bookstore will be a hot spot following many sessions as featured speakers take to the exhibit floor to provide autographs for conference attendees. Signage on-site will provide a schedule of these luminaries and times they will be autographing.
Poster Sessions
Poster sessions give librarians the opportunity to make peer-to-peer presentations on research, innovative programs and problem-solving ideas.
CLA Store and Membership Services Pavilion
A popular place for all attendees, the CLA Store offers the opportunity to show some support for the organization while taking home some unique gifts. The Membership Services Pavilion allows members to check in with CLA staff on any number of important activities affecting members and the organization as a whole. Each membership section will host a display for CLA members to explore new information.
