Final Program & Online Exposition Planner

To submit your 200-character company description for the Online Exposition Planner and Final Program, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to: Click here for the Online Exposition Planner and Final Program site
2. Select the “Profile Editor” link from under “Exhibitor Services”.
3. All participating exhibitors are registered with the email address of the main contact listed on their space application. To obtain the password, enter that email address and then click on “Send password to my email” This will send an email to that address with the password. If you enter any email address other than the one on record, you will not be able to access the Profile Editor.
4. Once you have the password, enter the email address of record and the password and then click on “Logon”
5. Your company name will appear on the next screen. Click on your company name. You can now enter/edit your company description (200-character limit; approximately 25 words).
6. Be sure to hit the “Save Profile” button at the bottom of the screen in order to save your edits.
7. The email address on record that you logged in with will receive an email confirmation of the profile change. If you do not receive the confirmation, your edits were not accepted.

The Online Expo Planner is now LIVE to attendees so we urge all exhibitors to complete their listing information ASAP. The deadline for submission in order for information to be included in the printed Final Program is October 1, 2008.
