6 - Upon submission of this application, the applicant is entering into a contract on behalf of his company/organization and warrants that he/she has the authority to enter this contract. This contract shall not be binding unless and until it is accepted and approved by ASSE Professional Development Conference Committee. Acceptance of this application constitutes a contract. The applicant acknowledges by entering his/ her name and accompanying contact information constitutes agreement and expressed intent to uphold the contract and the terms and conditions listed thereto. When accepted by Show Management a confirmation will be sent to your attention. The rules and regulations hereof shall constitute part of this contract and the exhibitor agrees to have read, abide and conform thereto.
