How we help you target this valuable audience

AALL has paid special attention to place popular events and feature areas on or near the exhibit floor to assist in attracting attendees to the floor throughout the Annual Meeting. These include:

• The Internet Room: A special area available to all attendees to check their e-mail or explore the Web.
• AALL Activities Area: This area of the exhibit floor is where all AALL special interest sections, chapters and committees will provide information to keep members updated on the latest and future trends affecting members of the Association. The PR Showcase is an exciting and integral part of the exhibit hall and is adjacent to the Activities Area.
• Tech Centers: A very popular feature of the exhibit floor, these centers are sponsored by exhibitors and serve as educational training rooms for them to showcase and provide product training. These rooms are available at an additional cost on a limited basis.

Throughout the meeting, there are several food functions scheduled for the exhibit floor. Sunday starts with a breakfast break while Monday and Tuesday afternoon offer a dessert break in the exhibits. During these breaks exhibitors and AALL raffle off high tech tools such as laptop computers, e-book readers, and digital cameras. These giveaways draw large crowds and create excitement on the floor. These breaks are scheduled “no conflict” time so that all of the attendees will be able to visit the exhibit floor during this time.
