AALL has quality publications to help you reach attendees at the Annual Meeting and throughout the year.
The Annual Meeting Preliminary Program contains the program of events as well as registration and housing forms. It is mailed to all AALL members in March and serves as a reference until the meeting.
The Annual Meeting Final Program is distributed to all registrants as they pick up their credentials. It serves as a guide throughout the Annual Meeting and serves as a valuable reference after the meeting is over.
The AALL Conference Daily Newspaper (4 issues) is available to all attendees through distribution in the registration packets, newspaper bins at the Convention Center and at conference hotels (if sponsored). It serves as an immediate source of meeting news and exhibitor news and information.
AALL Spectrum, the monthly magazine of AALL, is the source of important trends and views in the profession. Advertising in Spectrum supports your exhibits program and gives you added visibility throughout the year.

In addition to the Exhibitor Manual that will include a special promotion section, a frequently asked questions guide and periodic Exhibitor Update Newsletters will be available to every exhibitor to assist in the planning and operation of your exhibit.
