AADE is the official sponsor of the 36th Annual Meeting & Exhibition. For more information about AADE, please visit the AADE booth located on the exhibit floor in booth #1658; or visit the AADE web site.
Exhibitors are expected to comply with regulations to make their booths and displays accessible to the physically challenged. Violations of the ADA can result in serious civil damage awards: $50,000 for the first violation and $100,000 for subsequent violations. Exhibits are considered "public accommodations" and are subject to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Non-compliant exhibitors will be asked to make alterations to remove architectural barriers wherever it is readily achievable and technically feasible, and where removal of such barriers does not place an undue financial burden on the company.
