To maximize your presence at AADE, be sure to order a pre-registration list of diabetes educators to let them know of your upcoming participation. Lists rent for only $600 for one-time use and are available via email, disk or pressure sensitive labels. Send pre-registrants a unique direct mail piece or e-mail and tell them why it will be worthwhile for them to stop by your booth. Add an incentive to boost your traffic.
