Exhibitor Registration

How to Register Your AADE Exhibit Staff On-Line:

  • Each exhibitor is entitled to four (4) complimentary exhibit staff badges per 10' x 10' booth. Please order a badge for each staff member working your booth, including EACs if they need access to your booth during show days. Badges will include contact name, company name, city and state.
  • Additional registrations for exhibit personnel above your allotment are available for $75 per person (U.S. funds).
  • Changes or substitutions can be made online for no charge, as long as you do not exceed your allotment. Changes or substitutions made onsite after your badges have been printed or have been mailed will be charged $25 per badge.

Badge Pick-Up

NEW THIS YEAR—Express Badge Pickup

In support of sustainable alternatives, name badges and tickets will not be mailed in advance.

You will receive a bar-coded confirmation via email when your registration is complete. Bring this with you to scan at the Exhibitor Express Badge Pick-Up stations located next to attendee registration, located behind the Main Lobby in Building B. Your badges will automatically print, and you will be given your badge holder and lanyard.

You will be allowed to pick-up other individual badges within your group as long as you present the bar-coded confirmations. Please contact Show Management if you have any questions.

Educational Session Registration

AADE encourages exhibitors to register to attend the conference. All paid registrants are eligible to receive CE credit. And exhibitors can sign up at the member rate—a savings of $150! Click here to register as an attendee.

Please note: exhibit staff cannot attend sessions without registering, even on a stand-by, non-credited, space-available basis

Cancellations/Refunds

No refunds will be made on badges for cancellations or no-shows.
