Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Notification
This form must be completed by the Exhibitor's authorized representative and returned to AADE Show Management by June 1, 2009. Be sure to read the RULES FOR USE OF EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTORS before submitting the form below:
Exhibitors may employ the services of independent contractors to install and dismantle their exhibits, providing the Exhibitor and the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) comply with all Show Rules and Regulations. AADE Show Management must be notified by June 1 if you are using an EAC, so that we may communicate with each contractor planning to provide these services at this year’s Annual Meeting. The EAC must notify AADE Show Management, in writing, by July 1, 2009, of the names and booth numbers of all exhibiting companies for whom they have orders. The EAC must furnish a valid certificate of insurance to AADE Show Management for coverage as detailed in the EAC packet furnished to the service company, no later than July 1, 2009.
